Jackson Andrews Building + Design performed a whole-house renovation for me three years ago. Under the best of circumstances this would normally be a stressful ordeal. But Jackson and Rick made it anything but. Their work was excellent; though this was not the best of it. They became my friends. And even now, I miss seeing them on a regular basis. Simply put, JABD provides superb work on a timely basis for a reasonable price. One can’t ask for more than that. I could not recommend them more highly.

In fact, I have renovated all 3 floors of my house with JABD in the past 6 years, so I have called them back 3 times! Their team is outstanding, the nicest, most customer-driven, finest craftsmen I have ever worked with. I was happy to have them in my home and I actually missed them when they finished the job. They did special mock ups for me of hard to envision custom features so that I could say, “yes” I like that or, “no” lets try this. They even covered the construction dumpster with lattice so that it was more pleasant for me and my neighbors to look at. They are experienced with high end products and finishes and were able to recommend just what I was looking for. At the end of the project, JABD presented me with a detailed binder including pictures of the inside of the walls so that I would know exactly where certain pipes and wires are run within the house for future reference. It also contained the plans and owner’s manuals for all the systems that were installed. Jackson Andrews is a person of the highest integrity and that is reflected throughout his company. He is the best!

Our experience working with Jackson and his team while building our house was extremely positive. They are all professional, responsive, respectful, honest and 100% stand behind their work. They were open to working closely with our interior designer, and unlike other builders who say “we don’t do that,” Jackson and his team were always willing, and made a concerted effort to find a way to execute what we wanted. One of the highest endorsements we can pass along is the unsolicited and consistent comments from the outside tradespeople / subcontractors working on our build. We highly recommend JABD for any construction project large or small! Bruce and I bought a spec home on the property of the Cavalier Hotel. It was only two-thirds complete when we bought it. We needed a builder to complete the unfinished space and to customize features in the finished areas of the home. From drawing/designing the architectural plans for the unfinished space to completing the various customization projects, the JABD team was fabulous. They listened to our needs and preferences during design and drew the plans to accommodate them.
